Beyond the growth

Being recognised for growth is something we're incredibly proud of.

Over the past 12 months, we've continued investing in our team, evolving our services beyond traditional SEO, launching new products focused on AI search, strengthening client relationships, and helping ambitious businesses achieve measurable commercial growth.

But while the shortlist carries our company name, it doesn't represent the efforts of just one business or one person.

It's always been more about people

This nomination has made me reflect on everyone who's contributed to Growthack's journey.

Our team, who continually challenge each other to raise the standard.

Our clients, who trust us with ambitious projects and give us the opportunity to deliver meaningful results.

Our partners, collaborators and suppliers who have helped bring ideas to life.

The guests who've joined us on the Beyond SEO podcast and openly shared their experiences with our audience.

Every conversation, recommendation, collaboration and opportunity has played a part in getting us to this point.

Small moments matter

When I look back at the past year, I don't immediately think about awards.

I think about the workshops.

The office days. Client wins. Road trips.

The late nights.

The conversations that sparked new ideas.

Those moments don't usually make headlines, but they're the foundations that small businesses are built on.

Looking ahead

The next stage of the judging process takes place in September, where we'll present to the judging panel alongside an outstanding group of East Midlands businesses.

Whatever happens next, we're incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Growthack along the way.
